Splicing loss quality control
Every fusion splicer needs to pass the splicing loss testing more than 30 times before sending out.
Temperature and humidity testing
Every fusion splicer needs to pass the -20 degrees~+50 degrees temperature changes for 2 hours and also pass the 95% humidity condition testing.
Anti-vibration testing
Every fusion splicer must pass the 2hours vibration testing with low splicing loss, only qualified units could be sent out to customers.
